1. Grant of License
Work by Taylor ("Licensor") grants the Licensee a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the accompanying Font Software. This license applies to any organization with fifty (50) or more total employees.
2. Permitted Usage
The Licensee is permitted to use the Font Software for a comprehensive range of commercial and personal projects. These usage rights include, but are not limited to:
• Desktop Use: On an unlimited number of computers within the Licensee's organization.
• Webfont Use: On an unlimited number of websites with unlimited monthly pageviews, using @font-face or similar technologies.
• App & Game Embedding: In an unlimited number of mobile or desktop applications, games, or electronic publications.
• Broadcast Use: In television, film, video, and streaming content for commercial, artistic, or broadcast purposes.
• Logos & Branding: For use in logos, wordmarks, and corporate identity systems.
• Products for Sale: For use on physical or digital products intended for commercial sale.
